If you're looking for adventure or just a quiet place to relax for a bit - Casa2000 is the perfect spot for you.
Casa2000 lies outside of the hustle and bustle of town but close to all amenities in a local -truly all Mexican- neighbourhood, just 1 km from the old town's center and the beach. Here you will observe the real Mexico: the waterseller buzzing around on his bike, hear the baker clapping his hands as he passes on his bicycle, buy fresh picked oranges from a truck, or cheese from passing mennonites. If your are lucky you can also acquire fresh gigantic shrimps.
Casa2000 sails under European ownership and is located on the jungle side of the Carretera Federal (307), 19 blocks from the beach, only a 30 min. walk, bike or bus ride to the old center.
Casa2000's four fully furnished apartments are located in a walled compound with 8 carports on the outside, three units are available as vacation rentals.
Casa2000 is set in a lush tropical garden with a serene and quiet ambiance. We crave the quiet and like to keep it that way! The rooms at Casa2000 are spacious, airy and light, the bungalows are all constructed on the ground floor, with two identical buildings facing each other. Each villa has it's own private terrace facing out towards the garden. Relaxing in your hammock you can enjoy all the sounds of the tropics, birds announce the newly born day and crickets when night falls.
Two of the villas are two bedrooms, one bath with a big living room, kitchen, the other two units consist of one bedroom and one closed veranda. The place is ideal as a temporary residence for a max of up to four people per unit. Perfect for sabbaticals, honeymooners, extended studying, excursions or just as ideal for retired couples ... Wireless is available, no TV, or A/C but there are fans.
The villas are fully equipped with pans, dishes, cutlery, a three pits stove to cook on, refrigerator, sheets and towels.
A cleaning service can be obtained at your own expense.
No pets and smoking is only allowed outside.
